Step 1 - Click on the apply now button below
The application process will take about 15 minutes to complete. Once complete you will receive a username and password. You can use these details to check the status of your application (applications can take up to 5 working days to process).

Step 2 - Accept your offer
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with a letter of offer (subject to availability) and all supporting documents within 5 working days. Simply print and complete the required documents and return them to RMIT Village before the offer expiry date. Send these back to the Village as soon as possible so you don't miss out!
Important: your accommodation at RMIT Village will only be confirmed once all required documents are received and payment for initial fees (described in the residential agreement) is processed. In case payment is not provided or incomplete documents are received by RMIT Village, your application will not be confirmed and may be cancelled.
You have three options to return your agreement and direct debit form:
